Taurus Lodge does not have sleeping accommodation, but provides indoor day time facilities for large groups. There is a well equipped kitchen and a large hall which double as dinning room and meeting room. This has tables and chairs for up to 50. It is centrally heated with radiators and is fully wood paneled inside.  There is a verandah on two sides with a sun deck at one end.

Groups can camp close by and use the building for catering and wet weather refuge.
